Q: How do I book a sailing tour?

We recommend booking in advance, especially for peak seasonbookings.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Credit | Debit cards, Bank Transfer, PayPal and Cash.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Our cancellation policy is as follows:
From 01/04-22/05 & 07/09-30/10

The deposit can be fully refunded if you cancel 14 days prior sailing for the private cruises or 2 days prior for the semi private cruises or 30 days prior sailing for the multi-day/overnight cruises.

From 23/05-06/09

The deposit can be fully refunded if you cancel 21 days prior sailing for the private cruises or 3 days prior for the semi private cruises or 45 days prior sailing for the multi-day/overnight cruises.

In case of a non show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of bad weather conditions (>7B), the deposit is fully refundable.

Q: Can I change my booking?

A: Yes, you may be able to change your booking up to 14 days prior sailing, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Q: What if I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness)?

A: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Q: Do you offer private tours?

A: Yes, we offer private tours. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Sailing Tours & Experiences:

Q: What is included in the price of the tour?

A: Rates include:
Vat, fuel, crew, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, sup, snacks & fruit salads, fresh-cooked lunchl aboard*, wine, beers and soft drinks

Q: What should I bring on the sailing tour?

A: We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, a light jacket, sunglasses, swimwear, and a camera to capture the beautiful scenery !

Q: Are children allowed on the tours?

A: Yes, children are welcome on our tours, contact us for special rates.

Q: Do you provide life vests for children?

A: Yes, we do. Inform us in advance for the requested sizes.

Q: Are pets allowed on the tours?

A: Yes, on our private cruises.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?

A: Your safety is our top priority. If the weather is unsuitable for sailing, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

Q: Are your yachts equipped with restrooms?

A: Yes, our yachts are equipped with restrooms.

Q: Do you offer transportation to/from the marina?

A: Yes, we do at an additional cost. Please inform us about your location in order to send you an offer.

Q: What is the dress code for the tours?

A: There is no strict dress code. We recommend beachwear , casual clothing and a light jacket.

Q: Can I play my own music on board ?

A: Yes, you can ! There are speakers on board where you can connect your device via Bluetooth and play your own music !

Q: Which is the meeting point of the cruise ?

A: Our start/end point of the cruise is Ornos Bay.

A: The passport is necessary in case of inspection by the port authorities. We suggest having it on you , physically or digitally.
